2. Custom Orders

All custom products are produced based on the information provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

Artwork is correct and print-ready
Spelling, sizing, and quantities are accurate
Delivery details are correct

We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer once production has begun.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

4. Production & Turnaround

Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on order size, complexity, and demand. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

5. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of our products.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steve’s Tees is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
