Returns & Refund Poilcy
1. Your Consumer Rights (Australian Consumer Law)
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is:
Faulty or defective
Significantly different from the description or sample shown
Unsafe or not of acceptable quality
Custom-made products are still covered by consumer guarantees.
2. Change of Mind & Custom Orders
Because our products are custom made to order, we are generally unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer design errors once production has commenced.
This includes:
Incorrect size selection
Customer spelling, artwork, or design errors
Change of mind after approval or production
Selection of garment style or colour after ordering
Orders delayed due to incorrect customer-provided delivery details
Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order, including artwork, sizing, quantities, and shipping information.
We may review submitted artwork prior to production and contact you if we identify potential print quality issues. Any delays or changes caused at this stage will be communicated to you.
3. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production has commenced.
If production has not yet started, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion. Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible due to the custom nature of your order.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe your order is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at: info@stevestees.com.au
Please include:
Order number
Date of purchase
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the item
We may assess the product and, where necessary, request it be returned for inspection.
If a manufacturing fault or error on our part is confirmed, we will offer a suitable remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include:
Replacement
Repair
Refund
We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.
5. Delivery & Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched.
If an item is delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, we will work with you and the carrier to assist where possible. Re-delivery costs may apply.
6. Assessment of Claims
All returns and claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with Australian Consumer Law. We reserve the right to inspect products and determine the appropriate resolution.
